Overview

1. Use POST /video/ to create new video enhancement requests and view cost estimates.
2. Use PATCH /video/:requestId/accept to proceed with the request and begin uploading the source video.
3. Use PATCH /video/:requestId/complete-upload to complete the upload and start processing.
4. Use GET /video/:requestId/status to check processing status and access the enhanced video when complete.
