How do credits work?

Our APIs work on a credit system, where the amount of credits required to process and image or video enhancement depends on the settings applied (model, resolution, frame interpolation, etc)

Do unused credits roll over?

You can maintain a maximum balance of 5x your monthly credit volume. All unused credits roll over each month and never expire.

For example, a subscriber on the 3k plan can keep a maximum balance of 15,000 credits, as long as they have an active plan.

What happens if I run out of credits?

If you run out of tokens, to avoid service interruption we will automatically reload credits equal to 25% of your plan at the current per-credit price.

For example, a subscriber on the 3k plan will be auto-reloaded 750 credits and charged $49.75 after running out of credits.
